			Baker

There appears to have been three distinct families by this name,
who settled in S. C. Henry Baker from England: Thomas Baker, former
residence not now known: and Richard Baker from Barbados. Their
records do not disclose any kinshop, yet they had grants in the same
or adjoining parishes, named their children the same family named in
many cses, but their interests seem always separate.

	S. C. Mag. Vol. 9. Henry Baker of England, had sons John and
	Ebenezer.
