I was reminded of it by someone in Normandy.
Thus does the net work.

As you probably know, Liberty County sent a delegation to the First
Constitutional Congress even though the rest of Georgia did not.
And all three of the signers of the Declaration of Independence
from Georgia were Liberty County people.
