   1792: Rev. Holmes, Cambridge Mass., ``...till 1791, when he returned
   north and accepted the pastorate of the church at Cambridge, Mass.,
   and installed paster January 28, 1792, and continued in that relation
   for forty years, till his death, which occurred June 4, 1837.'' --
